Recently, Ensign Industry received a special gift from a customer — a heartfelt letter of thanks and a bright red thank-you banner, with prominently displayed golden characters reading “Exalted Virtue Embodies ENSIGN Spirit, Wholehearted Support Warms Customer Heart”. In the letter, the customer expressed sincere gratitude for the employees of ENSIGN for their enthusiastic service and noble actions in urgently helping to resolve a vehicle issue. 

On December 11, 2025, after the customer completed loading Alcohol at our company, their vehicle suddenly developed a leakage and required immediate repair. At this critical moment, three employees from the Chemicals Warehouse took immediate initiative, provided professional explosion-proof tools at the earliest opportunity, actively coordinated a site for repairs, and provided end-to-end support throughout the entire process. With efficient and professional actions, they helped the customer promptly resolve the problem, ensuring the loading was completed successfully and the vehicle left the facility safely. 

No service is too minor; sincerity lies in details.
