 | Ensign Technology Center was established in 2005. It employs over 300 full-time R&D technicians currently, forming a high-level expert technical committee. The committee's externally hired experts include 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 1 National Youth Talent, 2 distinguished professors of Shandong Province Taishan Scholar, 1 Kite Capital Industrial Leading Talent of Weifang City, and 1 top-tier innovation and entrepreneurship talent of Weifang City. In 2011, the company invested over 30 million yuan to upgrade the original technology center, with the newly constructed technology center building covering more than 5,000 square meters. It was officially put into use in 2012. The Center has always emphasized industry-university-research collaboration, establishing close partnerships with multiple renowned universities and research institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Beijing Technology and Business University, Jiangnan University, East China University of Science and Technology, Shandong University, and Qilu University of Technology. Additionally, the company, as a initiating unit, jointly established the Citric Acid Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance with several universities, research institutions, and renowned industry enterprises, collectively promoting technological progress and sustainable development in the citric acid industry. |
